OPP investigating a suspecious fire

James Bay OPP is looking into what they call a fire in the Kapuskasing area. IT occurred behind the Walmart building on Government Road. Further investigation revealed that a person wearing a red coat with a briefcase was observed in the area, and officers would like to speak to that individual. Anyone with information is asked to contact Police.
