COVID-19 outbreak at Valley View Public School in Greater Sudbury

An outbreak of COVID-19 has been declared at Valley View Public School in Greater Sudbury. There are two cases among students at the school.  The board says the outbreak at Valley View is in the Grade 6 class at the school that had already been dismissed. The isolation period for the class has been extended to Dec. 9.
There are 77 active cases of COVID-19 in area JK-12 schools.
