Greater Sudbury Budget ratified with a 3.1% increase for homeowners

Greater Sudbury residents now know more of what they’re be paying in 2022. With the ratification of the city of Greater Sudbury budget last night, taxpayers are looking at a 3.1 percent property tax increase. For a home assessed at $230,000, the increase equates to $96 more annually or $8 more per month.
