The Sudbury NDP have their first candidate. Beth Mairs has declared her intention for nomination in the 2018 provincial election. On website, Mairs says she began as a anti-poverty activist in southern Ontario in the 1980s, and since then she has written a book entitled “Helping Seniors Mobilize”.
