New plan could benefit owners and tenants

The City of Greater Sudbury has adopted a new Community Improvement Plan. Through this plan, geared toward Downtown Sudbury, financial assistance may be available to owners or tenants who wish to invest in a Downtown property. The plan would include coverage for things like Feasibility studies, Building Permit Fee Rebates and Residential Incentives. For more residents can contact the city.
