C.A.S. back to work

C.A.S. workers are back in the office this morning. The Nipissing and Parry Sound Children’s Aid Society has agreed to binding arbitration, ending the four-month labour dispute. The agreed return-to-work protocol has been signed by the C.A.S. executive director.
