Wristbands a lifesaver?

Greater Sudbury Police have applied for a funding, for what they call, a life saving device. Project Lifesaver is all about providing wristbands to those with dementia. The bracelets are equipped with transmitters to track the location of people at risk of wandering away from home. The idea is that it allows personnel to find those with dementia in short order.
