Fighting Back against Homelessness

The city of Timmins could be looking at a new way of taking on homelessness. Timmins City Council says they could be working with Cochrane District Social Services Administration Board to construct what they call a Community Homelessness Alleviation Trial Hub. Known as CHAT, the location would act as a permanent warming center and resource groups to help people get back on their feet.
