Two Sudbury beaches awarded blue flags

Two city beaches say they’ve scored blue flags, headed into the summer! Bell Park Beach and Moonlight Beach are among 27 beaches and nine marinas across Canada to win the prestigious Blue Flag eco-certification. Administered in Canada by Environmental Defense , the flag indicates the beach has been declared it’s clean, sustainably managed and a safe place to swim.
