New equipment slated to save pets

Fire fighters in Timmins now have another resource when treating animals that become victims of smoke inhalation. The Hard Rock Animal Hospital in Timmins made a special donation this week donated six pet-sized oxygen resuscitation masks to be used for rescuing animals. The presentation was made during the opening of this week’s Council meeting.
