Traffic stalled in Greater Sudbury due to a demonstration

Traffic was stalled this morning for at least 5 minutes twice over this morning, in Greater Sudbury, in the midst of a community demonstration of sorts. Ramsey Lake Road, adjacent to the Laurentian University saw the group known as “Stop the Ring of Fire – Water is Life – Anishinabek Rights Now” hold up the mid morning traffic at both 10 and 11am.

Police were on hand to keep the peace.
