City of Greater Sudbury pools closed for the Summer

Sudbury city council has voted to keep its four municipally-run pools closed during the summer months. At a council meeting yesterday, it was city staff that made the recommendation, not only for health and safety, but as part of the effort to cut municipal spending and avoid a further deficit as a result of COVID-19.
