315 new lab-confirmed cases confirmed for Ontario today

Public Health Ontario has confirmed 315 new, lab-confirmed cases today, the highest daily case count since the first week of June. This is the second time in three days the province has reported more than 300 cases in a day, with 313 reported on Monday.

The Porcupine Health Unit is reporting one new case of COVID-19 within its catchment area. The individual, who is a local resident, was tested on Sept. 14 within the PHU area but is currently in self-isolation outside of the region.
