Police seek ATV driver

Timmins Police is seeking to identify and locate an ATV operator who failed to stop for police. The male person operating the ATV first spotted by police for not wearing a proper helmet as is legally required. The suspect fled from police while operating a red ATV while wearing a bright yellow coat and a black hat.
