Charges laid on 38-year-old following Midas fire, Monday

Charges have been laid on a 38-year-old man for starting a fire Monday at the Midas shop in downtown North Bay. He’s charged with break and enter to commit an indictable offence – theft, arson – damage to property, and possession. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
