Winter parking revisited in the Bay?

North Bay council are expected to revisit the issue of winter on-street parking restrictions tonight. Among other things, the latest proposal would see on-street parking banned between 3:00 – 7:30 a.m. on most city streets, and from 3:00am – 8:30 a.m. on dead-end streets and cul-de-sacs.
