Six years after it allowed the practice, Ontario will ban speed cameras. In October, when the house returns, Doug Ford’s Government will introduce legislation that prevents cities and towns from operating automated speed enforcement (ASE) cameras, he said. Timmins City staff are now into the designing and planning stages for a major redevelopment project in the events area of Hollinger Park. This follows the green light from city staff.
