19-year-old charged in attempted motorcycle theft

A 19-year-old has been charged with break and enter theft… after an incident at a storage unit in 400 block of Northern Avenue. He was allegedly found with keys, ratchets and two axes… attempting to take a motorcycle that did not belong to him. He will be in court Aug. 24.
