Lock Down Lifted on North Bay City Hall

North Bay city hall is open today, following a lockdown yesterday. Police say that at around 3:40 pm employees of City Hall received messages from a male containing threats aimed at not only himself, but at employees of City Hall. Police say that employees were safely evacuated, and the investigation is ongoing.

Remains ID’d as missing Aurora man

The human remains found by Sudbury OPP found near a truck along the Killarney highway have been identified. A post-mortem was conducted, and the identity of the deceased has been confirmed as missing 63-year-old Aurora. Jack
