New facility unveiled in Laurentian University

Laurentian University says that a new facility has been unveiled. Called the Cliff Fielding Research, Innovation and Engineering Building, the school says its been a whirlwind on account that they had to meet a number of tight timelines in order to open in time. They say that the $30 million 60,000-square-foot building was finished in two years, on time and on budget. It is slated to provide a collaborative research hub for Laurentian research centres in what the school calls a state-of-the-art analytical facility.
