Detours in place following major accident in Greater Sudbury

Detours are in place following a major accident in Greater Sudbury. It happened just before 4:00am. The roadway is closed between Balsam Street in Copper Cliff and Big Nickel Mine Road and drivers are asked to avoid the area.

Meanwhile a multi-vehicle collision slowed traffic yesterday in Sault Ste Marie. It happened at around 2:30 p.m. at corner of Wellington Street and Second Line. Services remained on scene for approximately an hour. There was no word on injuries. An ambulance was witnessed departing the scene.
