Two Greater Sudbury Schools dismissed due to COVID-19
All students and staff at Lasalle Secondary School and Cyril Varney Public School have been dismissed following five positive cases of COVID-19, all of which have screened positive for variants of concern (VOC). They will be dismissed up until and March 4th. Public Health Sudbury and Districts says it is a precautionary measure.
Further details: All staff and students of Lasalle, Cyril Varney, and anyone on elementary bus route N100’s afternoon route from Feb. 16 to 18, are advised to self-isolate and seek testing for COVID-19.
