A number of schools move to online learning

A New Liskeard school is moving online. This is after more than half its students were apparently exposed to COVID-19. Conseil scolaire catholique de district des Grandes Rivieres (CSCDGR) and the Timiskaming Health Unit have released a letter to Ecole catholique St-Michel families. It indicates that due to current COVID-19 numbers, they have started virtual learning. It also indicates remote learning will continue until the Christmas break.
