Callander Public Library going “Fine Free”

The Public Library in Callander is going fine-free, starting November 30th. All to “provide what the Library calls “Suitable and accessible service”, abolishing fines for late fees is a “monumental step” to achieve that accessibility. The library says the bottom line is that they really want people to enjoy what they take, but to please bring it back.
