The Greater Sudbury has been upheld in a decision, when it comes to picking and choosing when it comes to barring Interpaving from bidding on city contracts. The decision handed down by appeals judges in Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice. The decision, evidently, is centred on the city’s ban on the Interpaving imposed in March 2016 for four years, in the wake of a fatality in September 2015 at an Elgin Street job site.
