Greater Sudbury City will borrow $103M to pay for Pioneer Manor, roads and bridges upgrades. A section of Highway 11 is closed following a crash. The closure is between Highway 112 and Layman Road, about 25 kilometres north of Englehart, said OPP in a tweet. Kirkland Lake OPP is on scene and reports the closure is expected to last at least a couple of hours. A detour is available via Highway 112 and Highway 66. More details will be shared
