Crews still working to restore power from the storm

Hydro One crews in Greater Sudbury continue to work to restore power, following the heavy rain, strong winds and thunderstorms that moved across the province. Most communities had a tornado watch. At one point in Greater Sudbury, the utility’s outage map shows that an outage affecting nearly 8,000 customers extends all the way from the Walden to the Valley areas.
