Hydro One announces scheduled power outage in Greater Sudbury Scheduled Hydro One power outages are scheduled this weekend in Greater Sudbury. It will allow the company to make system upgrades. This will result in a planned power outage on Saturday, Oct. 2, and Sunday, Oct. 3. The Saturday outage will last from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will affect approximately 3,200 Hydro One customers in Lively and the Townships of Waters and Eden.  The Sunday outage will happen from 6:30am – 2pm. It will impact approximately 700 Hydro One customers in the Lake Panache area, including the Township of Dieppe
