Property owners will find out the impacts of the budget come the Spring City of Greater Sudbury’s budget deliberations for 2022 may have ended last week with a 3.1-per-cent increase to the tax levy, but there won’t be any word as to direct impact to property until the new year. The city establishes its 2022 property tax policy in April or May.
