Man in custody following a flight from Police

A man is in custody following a flight from Police. It began yesterday afternoon when North Bay OPP tried to stop a speeder in Phelps Township, only to have the driver take off. The 50-year-old was located roughly 3 hours later… and arrested. He was found to be in possession of illegal narcotics.
