Man on the lam after failing to show up for court

Greater Sudbury Police are looking for a wanted man. Evidently, he was supposed to surrender himself on Dec. 9 so he could begin serving a 10-year sentence.  Jonathan Cushing, 39, pleaded guilty last month in the Ontario Court of Justice at the Sudbury Courthouse via audio link from the Central North Correctional Centre in Penetanguishene.
