Based on security video, a mid-sized 4 door car had slowly driven by his residence and pulled into a nearby alley. A male suspect wearing a dark hoodie hooked up the trailer up to the hitch on his car and driving away southbound in the alley.

The pertinent descriptors of the stolen items are as follows:
