North Bay city council defers water and wastewater 2021 budget

North Bay council has deferred the approval of the city’s proposed water and wastewater operating budget for 2021. Pegged at $23.7-million dollars, it is being visited for two weeks from now. The increase would represent an approximate 3.89 per cent, increase over the 2020 budget.
