North Bay Power Outage disrupts city council meeting

A power outage in North Bay yesterday, blacked out a City council meeting for the better part of 10 minutes. Municipal politicians have been meeting virtually since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Once the power was restored, the meeting was able to continue.
