One new fire in the North East

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry reports that there was one new fire reported in the Northeast region, Sudbury 58, which is under control North of Killarney Provincial Park. Eight other fires are active in the region. All are under observation in the region’s far north. The fire hazard for the Northeast region remains low to moderate.
