Plans for Kingsway Entertainment District going ahead

Plans for the Kingsway Entertainment District are moving ahead, despite multiple appeal processes. That’s what city Councillors were told this week during city council. A report says that the city is working with PricewaterhouseCoopers on the criteria to evaluate the bids once the document is issued.
