Sault Ste Marie based on careless smoking

Sault Ste Marie Fire Crews respond to Franklin Street residential fire yesterday. Crews responded to a residential fire in the 300 block of Franklin Street. Flames were visible upon arrival and firefighters were able to contain the fire. Exterior portions of the residence, as well as the back deck, suffered extensive damage as a result of the blaze. No injuries were reported. The fire has been blamed on careless smoking.
