Tractor rollover blocks highway

A tractor-trailer accident this morning has closed the northbound lanes of Highway 69. The crash occurred near French River, at the northbound end of the four-lane section.  The southbound lanes of the highway are unaffected. A detour is in place.  It was estimated to be cleared by 4:30pm
