Vaccination passports will be in place in Ontario starting September 22nd. Announced by the Province today it will be required to access non-essential businesses, including gyms, indoor restaurants, movie theatres, concert halls and shopping events, starting in three weeks. A vaccine passport will not be retail for shopping, banks, essential services, workplaces or outdoor patios.
