Watermain break in Elliot Lake today

Water was shut off today in Elliot Lake due to an emergency water main break. It was located in the 0-100 block of Westhill Rd. In some circumstances, an interruption of this nature may result in discoloration of the water. If you experience this discoloration, the city asks you to please run your cold water tap before using any appliances such as a washing machine or dishwasher until such time as the water runs clear.
