While much of the North East could see snow in the next 24-hours, North Bay… could get the worst of it. At least, that’s what Environment Canada says putting into place a winter storm expected tonight into Thursday with 20 to 40 cm of snow possible. Norther Bay, Mattawa, and Powassan are all in the path of a Texas Low… higher amounts in excess of 40 cm are possible, especially near the Quebec border.
