Weather watch extended

A severe thunderstorm watch has remained in effect for much of the Greater Sudbury and North Bay area, as harsh weather, rain and even hail in some cases has battered the North. This is all thanks to scattered thunderstorms forming across portions of the province to the east of Georgian Bay. While power was knocked out to several areas in the North, reports indicate that much it has already been restored.
