A Sault Ste Marie has been taken into custody… this is following a smash and grab, allegedly for a wallet and an iPhone on the 500 block of Wellington Street West. An attempt was made to use a bank card at a nearby convenience store, police say. Upon arrest, the 29-year-old had was found to be in possession of a folding knife.
