Impaired driver slapped with $1,300 fine

First, a Greater Sudbury has been handed a $1,300 fine following an incident involving impaird driving. The officers originally stopped the 34-year old, after he was spotted going 27km over the posted 80km speed limit. Upon being stopped by Police they say, his blood-alcohol concentration almost three times the legal limit.
