Women’s shelter announces closure

The Tranquility House women’s shelter in Matheson is closing its doors. The official closing date will be April 12 according to the Canadian Mental Health Association Cochrane-Timiskaming. Further questions regarding the closure are being redirected to the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services.
