Nuisance bylaw coming to North Bay?

Those looking to have any kind of shindig in North Bay are being warned of a coming bylaw. North Bay city staff are now working on creating a nuisance bylaw. Proposed by Councillor Mike Anthony, the proposed bylaw large would pertain to gatherings possibly scary for those not part of the gathering and possibly unsafe.
