You’re a mean one, Mr. Grinch – North Bay Residents

North Bay residents have been dealing with a grinch of sorts, taking mail from mailboxes. The thought is that he’s been following the mail carrier around and picking up what they’re putting down. Video surveillance caught an image of the individual on Fourth Ave Dec 12th. That image is below.
