Driver stopped with no plates, insurance

A Sudbury driver has some tough questions to answer after being stopped by OPP driving his vehicle, without plates. Added to that, he allegedly had no paperwork and an unpaid fine for driving while suspended. The 29-year-old is facing an arm’s length of charges.
