Proposals put into place for “Ice Rescue”

The Municipality of Callander will draft a proposal when it comes to ice rescue. Specifically, as it pertains to local fire personnel. Council received a report Tuesday from Callander Fire & Emergency Services Currently the proposed fee would be an annual retainer of $500, as well as a per-service cost of $485 per truck per hour.
