North Bay Police seeking driver of a high-speed collision

The North Bay Police Service is looking for a vehicle that fled a collision. This is after a high-speed collision with a building on the corner of O’Brien St. near the Highway 11/17 bypass. It happened at around 4:30 am today. Businesses or residents that have video footage of the area at the time to come forward to police to help the investigation.
